ZS Holdings is in the process of building Canada’s first Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge duel property in Red Deer, Alberta. This new property will be located at 6433 Orr Drive, attached to Holiday Inn Express, which opened last April. With the elevator shafts and stairwells being built, ZS Holdings has reached another milestone of achievement in the progress of their newest hotel property. This will be the seventh hotel owned and operated by ZS Holdings and the fourth property in Red Deer, Alberta.
