A Food Tour of Jasper Alberta – Lunch & Dinner Spots

A few weeks ago, we shared our favourite breakfast spots in Jasper. Now we’re back, with three more amazing places to eat dinner and lunch. That’s right, it’s part 2 of our food tour of Jasper.

Ok, let’s do this!

Jasper Pizza Place

Casual times in the mountains call for casual eats and we’re sure that you’ll love Jasper Pizza Place. While “pizza” is in the name, that’s not all there is at this Jasper landmark. The menu is rounded out with all the tasty faves you’d expect from fast casual like burgers, grilled steaks, pasta and lots more. However, when it comes to pizza, their wood fired pies simply can’t be beat.

Jasper Brewing Company

Since 2005, the Jasper Brewing Company has been serving up unique beers and brewpub classics, often with a twist. Rustic Elk Meatloaf, a Pesto Pasta with roasted sweet potatoes and pumpkin seeds and Cherry Cola Pork Ribs, to list a few. Come for lunch or dinner but be sure to note that they are open late and start serving a late night menu at 11pm.

Evil Dave’s Grill

If you’ve been to Jasper, you know Evil Dave’s. This family-owned and run restaurant has a menu that can be summed up as eclectic, spicy and original. Their hallmark dish is the El Diablo Chicken – marinated free range chicken, chipotle sauce, jasmine rice, corn salsa, black beans, and corn tortilla sticks. If chicken’s not your thing, the carefully curated menu is loaded with options inspired by Asian and Southwestern flavours.
